DS – very innovative, and amazing gameplay.
It’s fun, good multiplayer, pictochat and it has the best games.
PSP – Good graphics, not much else game wise though.
Can play MP3′s and MPEG videos.
I would pick the DS, it’s cheaper, has cheaper games, and is very fun and you can spend a lot of time on it. =D
