I have a person in class who keeps flaunting her coolest gadgets. She’s filthy rich.. She takes out her iphone, PSP and such and everyone including my best friend immediately go over to that person and gasped in awe. Its always like that, I hope someone can give me some advice to get over this feeling or just some good advice. thanks!
Don’t hate her – pity her instead.
This person may have the very latest, most expensive gadgets – but they don’t seem to have cracked how to make friends – and keep them.
People will flock to see what she has – but I swear – that becomes very, very, very boring after a while.
Be cool. Don’t say anything that could be interpreted as sour grapes – watch your friends gravitate towards this person – and then come back.
