What is a PSP Theme CTF UIF format?

I downloaded a pack of CTF PSP theme, but for some reason the file I am downloading a zip CTF is not a lot of topics, is a UIF file, what should I do with it?

open it with MagicISO

From where can i download CTF Themes for my psp 3000?

I have cfw 5.03 gen-c(full). Only few themes work on this. Please help.
