please help me … my problem is that my PSP and my PC can not read my memory card. What should I do?

Problem with PSP memory stick ?
I formatted a 4gb psp memory stick on my computer and it is now in FAT32. However my psp will not read it but my computer does. I know my PSP is not broken because i have my original 32mb memory card that works fine. I was hoping that there would be a way to fix this 4gb memory card so i can put films and things on it to use on my PSP. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
What you should have done is format the 4 GB Memory Stick Duo in the PSP, not on the computer. That is why the PSP can’t recognize it.
Take the Memory Stick Duo from the computer and insert it into your PSP. Start the PSP. If the game boots up, wait until the title screen shows up and exit the game by press START. Say “YES” to exit the game.
Now you’re in the main menu. Scroll all the way to the left and scroll down until you highlight “System Settings”. Click on and scroll down to highlight “Format Memory Stick”.
Click on “Format Stick”, and the warning screen will pop up, warning you that any files on the memory stick will be permanently lost. Click on “YES” to begin the formatting process.
Now sit back and wait as the PSP sets up the memory stick with its own filing system and folders.
Now your 4 GB Memory Stick Duo is ready for use in the PSP.
BTW, if you insert the memory stick into the computer, it will recognize it as the memory stick. No need to reconfigure it.
