Is the Japanese game on my PSP?

Starry Sky (Otome game) is it really available in English, and is it really available on the PSP?
I really would like to play the games in the Starry Sky series, but I can find hardly any information about the language which it is in. I cannot understand Japanese but I can’t find any information about there being an English version, at least not officially – and I cannot find a transcript either, but a lot of people have played it and I doubt they all speak Japanese either. The reviews I find are mostly in English, and I found a website where it is selling the game on the PSP and it says it’s in English. Should I trust this? On Wikipedia it doesn’t mention it a) being on the PSP in the first place, it only says on the computer and b) being in English at all.
So, does anyone know whether there is an English version available, either to buy or download?

There is no English version, period. There ARE a lot of fangirls who read Japanese, use automatic translators, or just guess based on the pictures and the sounds.
Translation isn’t easy (well, you can try putting things into automatic translation tools but you mostly get gibberish) so it takes a lot of time to do. If a company is hiring someone to translate it, taking a lot of time means it’s not cheap. also they have to get the rights to do it in the first place. we can keep hoping that a company is willing to spend the money to try but they have to think they’ll make enough sales to pay it off or they won’t take the chance.
If fans are doing it for free, taking a lot of time means it’ll take them years to finish doing it in their spare time and they often give up and quit because they have to deal with their real lives. So there aren’t many translation patches for Japanese games and none for otome games yet. Some are supposedly being worked on, they may or may not ever finish.
probably you found either a catalog mistake or a pirate selling a bad rip… and either way, it won’t be in English.
If you get a PC version and the automatic translation tools you can try to play the game in Japanese but it will be mostly nonsense.
