Your answer really depends on the Game Stop you go to. First off… Game stop is a business, and they fuel their business by buying games from people like yourself who no longer play them or didnt like them etc. They resell them because they can buy a game for 5 bucks and resell it for 30 as a used game
Alot of it has to do with Popularity of the games, While you have GH3, and RB1 on your list there, odds are EVERYONE else has already played them, and sold them, so if they have an abundance of them, like 15-20 of them in stock, odds are, you wont get much or anything at all.
You have a PC game up there, they probably wont buy that from you, as i dont recall them reselling PC games simply because MOST pc games require you to validate the game with a code
So that being said… They are probably going to lowball you for a minimum of 5 bucks on everything there. theres 11 games/Dvd’s there
If its like any gamestop around my area, they are already flooded with hundreds of controllers and probably wont buy it from you, more over they’ll just tell you they’ll give you X amount for everything while not giving you any real value for the controller.
So that being said…
there is no real “Accurate and true answer” to the question. The only way to find out is to go to Gamestop with your items, and have them tell you. I bet if you took your items to 2-3 different game stop stores, you will probably get 3 different offers. It all has to do with their inventory and what they need. As i said.. if they have 20 copies of a game and havent sold one in 2 months, why would they buy another when they cant sell the ones they have, keeping in mind this is a business and they are there to make money. you might be better off Selling your games on an auction site individually. It might take more time, But i can almost guarantee you will probably make more money than going to game stop.
