The fact is that the PSP-3000 has not been broken and the same for PSP-GO. I would buy a PSP-3000 because according to the news almost broke down and will be long before the PSP-Go. you can get the games in any what game site torrent. And if the price of games in stores is the same at least here in Europe.

Since you want to play psp games of the internet you need to hack it or mod it. The only psps that are hackable right now are all the psp phats and the older psp slims that have the older motherboard. Seeing as its like this I would suggest getting a used phat or slim since all new slims are probably unhackable. That should cost you from 120 to 150 depending on whether you get a used phat or slim. Then a usb cable should cost you about 10 dollars an 8gb lexar memory stick should cost you around 40 dollars. Then your all set!
So the total would be from about 170-200 dollars
