error code 80020148 when play PSP *. Thurs cso?

I recently downloaded a game CSO. Works fine on my brother PSP, but when I try to load on mine, gives the error code. Other games work well on both PSP well. I read many forums, but very messy. No clear answer please? I really do not know the technical stuff. Can you tell me where to find the information you need? Thank you from the system software 3.10 OE-A (My brother) 3.30 OE-A

What is the same firmware as your brother? on the psp go parameters, system parameters, system information. more than likely that his brother is 1.5 or a custom firmware .. and is the only so you can play downloaded games. if you have a custom firmware, remove the battery, reset, hold the right trigger and turn on .. that enter the recovery mode. scroll until you find the game UMD and turned off. if the firmware is looking for umd and not the file.
