PSP Memory Stick Problem?
I'm from Derby in the UK and I often played my PSP once wanted to change my mind I stick.So my memory card 8 GB of my PSP and tried to put on my memory stick of 1 GB to fit on PSP memory stick slot.The next day a small piece of paper dropped out of the slot and tried my 8GB memory card slot on the PSP memory card and returned, but when I changed my PSP sometimes the screen went black and sometimes the menu came from, but do not show the memory card and keep the orange light flashing on the edge of the memory card. I put the memory card 1 GB and it was the same thing. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! And please do not say I'm format my memory card, because I have important things in what I can not find the network. There are two things to try … 1) Is this the PSP without a memory card inserted? (Try to load a UMD) 2) Have you tried putting the sticks in the memory of a PC with a memory card reader, to see if the data is intact? If yes, check below for a diagnosis: If the PSP does not work without a memory card is the current PSP is desultory. If the memory function of the PSP without a memory stick and can be viewed on a PC, is the memory location on the PSP who is gone. If PSP without a memory card works, but the PC can not read flash memory cards is the memory that sticks is dead. At least the format memory would be easier to buy a new PSP!
Is my memory stick pro duo is broken?
one night i was playing valhalla knights 2 in my psp, then i was experimenting with the cheat search then i search a hex code then it was taking it too long to search i think it was about 10 mins. already. Then i took out the battery to restart the psp. then when it reboot the memory stick can’t be detected by my psp the orange light just keep blinking and blinking. When I tried to insert it on a card reader and open it in my laptop it says it needs reformatting, so i reformatted it and it fail.
I tried to insert my brothers memory stick in my psp coz we have the same brand and capacity, it can be detected. But when i tried to insert my another bro’s memory stick which is a sony (which i think is fake) and same capacity, it cannot be detected too.. i wonder why?

i wish you could help me here.. 
i also broke to sony high speed card like you . buy new and take care of it .
or keep wasting money to buy new cards and losing the data .
try to keep pressing the card into the slot it will detect it but u can not play games holding the card it will pain i aslo tried to do that but i was not able to paly games
