What do I play games and homebrew games on my PSP lua?
From this site: http://dl.qj.net/PSP/catid/106 have flash hombew, lua and games, how can I play these games please do not say "I have a PSP, so I do not know" if you do not know, not after please. It annoys me = (thank you friend ok:)

If you have FW 2.1 + Above, then u need the GTA and bock eLoader (thanks by Fanjita) If you have FW 1.5 and u need then u NOK operating just click and play. NOTE: This FW is the best for homebrew, u have full access 1.51or kernel mode If you have 1.52 then ur screwed. upgrade to 2.00 and 1.5 If u have 2.7 + then ur really screwed up. U can homebrew is launched via the browser, which are called flash games 
hit me or if you need more information. I all or most of the homebrew list and remember "Friends do not let friends upgrade their PSP"

how do i boot into recovery mode and what is top-menu.rco
if you just want the xmb, then use the top_menu.rco from the full themes.
enter recovery menu
click ADVANCED
toggle flash0
click VSH
click RESOURCE
paste the top_menu.rco in there
exit the recovery, restart the psp.
you need custom firmware to be able to get into recovery.
turn the psp on, turn the psp off by holding the power button until it shuts down
hold the right trigger and turn it on
thats recovery.
