Try downloading eloader 1.0 for slim http://www.noobz.eu/joomla/component/option,com_remository/Itemid,0/func,startdown/id,22/ and follow the instructions. Should place the eboot folder with the eboot.pbp in your psp/game folder. It should show up in your games list, put any other homebrew applications in your psp/game folder as well and run them through eloader. Just start eloader like a game and your homebrew apps should show up as a list in eloader. Worked for me.
