How can downgrade the firmware to 3.80 custom firmware for PSP Slim & Lite?
Can you tell me where she could reduce this firmware? I want to know if we could reduce before buying the PSP Slim & Lite. Is it possible to lower firmware PSP Fat?

Is it safe to play games while the PSP [slim & lite] is charging?
I’ve heard from a game store that I shouldn’t charge my PSP slim while playing games, but then some of their info about a few things are wrong. And I’ve heard from a friend that it’s okay to do that. So what’s the real answer?
EDIT: Actually, they said not to do so because it would overheat my PSP and make this thing inside it, explode or something.
It is possible to play while charging; however, it will reduce your battery life.
Technically, it is not a good thing to do. Because your PSP will consume the battery while charging, and this process makes the battery never fully charges, rapidly consumes the energy and increases heat. Therefore, it reduce your battery life.
But then practically speaking, your battery life will not be reduce to a noticeable amount. Since most battery is built to last more than 20 years and you wouldn’t keep your PSP for such an amount of time, so charge-n-play isn’t a bad option. IMHO, just charge-n-play and ignore the technical stuff.

No, it won’t explode, don’t worry. For the battery to explode, it must be heated over 150^C. However, the overheat rate is not much. It will increase your battery to around 37^C only. So don’t worry about the excess amount of heat generated. By the way, if it ever explode, we can sue Sony for it. >_>
