No I would not buy it. I own a PS3 and a PSP. I played the PSP maybe 3 times, its fun, but there are rare occasions when I would play it when I have a PS3.
As far as price. When the iPhone first released, it was between $400 and $600 dollars. The PSP phone will have all of the iPhone capabilities, plus extraordinary gaming. So think of the price of an iPhone, plus the price of a PSP, and I am guessing it will sell anywhere from $500 to $750 dollars. Once again, Sony will probably release a very cool product that costs too much to manufacture, thus leading to an excessive selling price, leading to underestimated sales, leading to a huge loss.
