Here's a video on how to put custom firmware on ur psp so that you can play ur ISO (Video1.) When ur done with the video, then you can make a folder at the root of ur memory stick called ISO, in capital letters and put iso files there. Here is a site where you can get ISO (Site1.) Here is another site where you can get homebrew like emulators Nintendo (Site 2 and roms (Site 3) or (Site 4) both emulators and ROMs. You have to put the emulator in the PSP game folder> and in this emulator, there will be a folder called ROMS, that is where u put the roms. Safe PSP game downloads?
My son has a PSP system software version 3.30. I finally figured out how to put music from my computer onto the PSP for him. I noticed a folder that said games so I did a little research but I’m still confused. I would like to download some free demo games for him but I’m not sure where to get them or if it is really safe. I keep reading things about harming the PSP. Can anyone help me find a game or two I can download and surprise him with? Also help me if I have any other questions?
Also, does it need to be upgraded? Is there a safe place for hat too?
hahaha…nice gift! actually you dont have to worry about download psp game will harm the system, Its not gonna happen, why you want to download demo game if you can have full version for free, here’s the link for you to download free psp game and its very safe, but you must know that you cannot play/run downloaded game on Original Firmware you must have Custom firmware, check you son psp firmware/version whether it Custom or Original, usually Custom firmware will have the m33 or something after the version of the psp for example < 3.30 m33 >
for your information upgrading or changing psp firmware from Original to Custom or vice versa is safe as long as you follow all the procedure, do not switch off the system when the upgrading is in progress, if you do so you will need to surprise he/she with the new set of psp in box! you know what I mean.
