2 ways if your srcreen is set at a small size has to change, it's like when in the library if you can not see how you move the camera button when you have to go their dimensons you can do by going to the office and the right mouse button and go to Properties, then define change the bar all the way to the right. in the other direction is whether you can see the buttons, but not seen on the PSP is probably video9 move in the wrong folder and you can change this in the media video9.

psp video 9 is the best free video converter tht i had but now it won’t do anything it says to put in usb cable when my psp is connected already and sometimes it says nothing i need help.

I converted the videos but it wont let me put it in the psp too.
Have you tried opening the bar in the lower left hand corner of the screen and double clicking the mobile device icon it should pop up with some options change something you might have put on permanent yes.
