When I go to flash sites like YouTube on my PSP, and try to watch a video it says I can you help me?

why doesn’t adobe flash player work in my psp? i cannot watch videos or anything, why, why, why???
why doesnt it work?
when i went to youtube they say i either had macromedia flash player or an old version of adobe flash player ‘turned on or off’, they actaully said this, weird isn’t it.
can someone please tell me why it doesnty work…..
youtube say i need to go to their site..when i am there, i download it but nothing happens and they say installer 9 and so on…
please tell me how to download it please..
