problems connecting psp to wireless internet?
I'm sure this is not the first problem or problems with AOL last as your ISP. I have a Netgear wireless router and a PSP that I am trying to connect. I followed all the instructions AOL sent me but found no solution. When searching for connections through my PSP is connected to the Netgear force of 100% but when I close monitoring, including the password security on the router is not connected to the IP address. Does anyone have an idea how I can make it work? I had an original title, but when I put a WEP or WPA and it reproduces exactly the (double and triple checked) still does not work. I have no idea what the problem might be.
I want an answer because I have exactly the same problem, only with TalkTalk
Why is my wireless internet connection security not supported for my PSP?
I can access the menu where to make a new connection, i scan, and my home access point shows up. However I look in the security tab at the top and it says “Not Supported.” And I need to be on the internet, any suggestions?
Do you have any security sensitive information on your PSP such as your SS#, email contacts, banking information? If no, I wouldn’t worry about making the connection secure.
