multiple wireless networks / connections?
Is it possible to have two wireless network cards on a single computer, while linking each One to another network? For example, broadband wireless + with PSP (XLink Kai)
Hello, you can do it, but traffic's path in a single card. probably the first time you connect. if you connect both wirelessly to another location in the routing table on the team all that is the first matrix "1" and route all Internet traffic that will use the second backup. can change the path by opening a command prompt. Home Run, type cmd and click OK. Then you write something like this route add 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 subnet 10.1.1.1 / p. you do not want to use / P to your insurance definitely want to keep the road.
WIRELESS CONNECTION HELP please?
ok so we have Clearwire internet, and i got a blue and black router that says “LINKSYS” “WIRELESS-G broadband router 2.4 GHz 54 Mbps” i went to control panel>wireless network settings>then created a wireless network i think, my desktopo doesnt use wireless, but my PSP does, i cant find my internet that i set up, so i would like to completely start over and i would like in lamest terms for dummies step by step CREATING THE NETWORK and CONNECTING A PSP to that network. please help i need all the info i can get! thanks! need more detail just ask!
First, about the PSP network compatibility issue should be addressed to this link:
www.us.playstation.com
Regardless if your desktop does not have a wireless card or etc. when you plug an ethernet cable directly to your router, sense it is getting the signal from your ISP provider, your internet will be active in your desktop. Most people who setup an active wireless internet, have more than one device or computers to receive the wireless signal, and in your situation, all you need to do is , boot down first and make sure your software is installed for your PSP device, and reboot. It will automatically be detected. You may have to assign the a wep key or wap key for the PSP device or assign it your ISP user ID and log in password for it to received the authenticity sign in for your ISP signal.
Some times when most people try the wireless set up wizard, they also must supply their respected devices that same set up information so as to be able to establish inter-communication between Host and Guess set up parameters. I would make sure your guess setup is configured properly.
If you are not sure..Run your installation CD that came with your system software package, as it is more precise than the Wizard configuration set up.
I hope this helps…
