Need help connecting PSP to a wireless modem?
I have a Netgear modem and I'm getting it to connect to my psp I can get internet on this subject. I entered all the information and the signal was 100%, but when I plug it back and forth between saying "Connection establishment "And" Exchanging key information "for about a minute, then said the time is up. Is there anything else I should do something wrong or modem? I entered the correct security pin. Any help?
Well, I did for my brother's PSP and it worked … 1. Go to main menu on your PSP. 2. Go to Options. 3. Scroll to Network Settings and press X. 4. Select Infrastructure mode. 5. Select New Connection. 6. Name the connection so that you know for web browsing. (For example, WebConnect) That way, you can use another connection to the rest of their games online. 7. Press the right arrow to go to the next menu. 8. Select the scan option and let it take its own WLAN. 9. Once comprises a connection, press the right arrow to go to the next menu. 10. Select Custom configuration for the address. 11. Press button right direction to go to the next menu. 12. Leave IP Address Autoconfiguration. 13. Press the right arrow to go to the next menu. 14. Select Manual for the DNS settings. 15. Press the right direction to go to the next menu. 16. Enter your Primary DNS 67.171.70.72 and secondary DNS blank. 17. Press right arrow keys to move to the next menu. 18. Select "Do not use" for the settings of your proxy server. 19. Press the right direction go to the next menu. 20. Press the right arrow to go to the next menu. 21. Press the X button to save the settings. 22. Perform a quick test connection to make sure it works properly:. Hope this helps)

Now my PSP says “A connection Problem occured. A connection to the access point could not be established. Check security settings for the network again and try again.” What now?
