if you are willing to pay for the games you want to download you can go to the psn store on your psp. You should see the PSN symbol on there. Scroll down and click on the psn store. You will have to make an account to ab able to log in if you don’t have on already.
If you don’t want to pay for downloadable games,you will need custom firmware. Go to this site: www.thepsphackers.com
There will be tutorials on how to get custom firmware.
