I think MS is a fake. Where did you get it. In general, counterfeiting is a lil bigger in size (length and width) and tend to get stuck in the psp. The guy above has most of the right answer. But let me elaborate a little:
1. That’s depends on firmware you have. 3.03 and 2.80 downgrade include the patching of TA-082.
4. It emulates anything below 2.80 (not including 2.80).
5. In addition to replace the mother board, you can use a mod chip to fix it. Sony has it’s own special batteries to fix it.
6. Yes. However, if you have custom firmware like 3.03 OE-c, you can restore it using recovery menu (holding R button while booting) provide that you backup the flash0 before you do anything. For 1.50, there is no such option.
7. If Sony make it, no one will need to hack their PSP.
