Depends on if you’re looking for a portable movie system/porn surfing machine or games.
PSP is great for movies and surfing the web wirelessly.. all on a tiny screen. I’m just as happy with a PC and DVD player, myself. According to what I’ve heard from owners and G4, the games just aren’t there.
If you’re looking for games, the DS is the way to go. With a seemingly endless library of GBA games and more new DS games all the time, it’s the only way to go. Unless you’re really, really interested in playing GTA games on a three inch screen. (I have, it sorta sucked.)
