Does anyone know how to hack a psp slim 2000 with a Sony official firmware 5.51?
I have a PSP 2000 Slim type and'm a beginning on the PSP and I wanted to hack my PSP and I had already updated to 5.51. I saw a video on youtube use R2 chickHEN but it was for firmware 5.03 or something. Please help!
ChickHEN is for 3000 I think …. or what I atlest done successfully. buy a pandora battery or against Nappa. for 2000, no matter what version you just pandora battery
can someone show me how to install psp custom firmware update?
i want to install the latest custom firmware 5.02 gen-a to my psp but i have sony original firmware 5.02 and i want to know how to install the custom firmware without the pandoras battery by overriding the battery check thing. if its no then don’t explain why just how to do it.
The only way to install custom firmware on a PSP (unless you have 1.5 or lower original firmware, which you don’t) is to use a Pandora’s battery.
This is a VERY easy process, and it’s foolproof. You don’t need instructions, you simply need to buy a combination package that includes a pandora battery and “magic memory stick.” Then you simply take out your battery, put in the magic memory stick, put in pandoras battery, turn it on, and follow instructions on the screen. Easy as pie.
You can not, I repeat can not break your psp doing this… a pandora battery is also known as a service battery. It’s actually what sony uses to reset “bricked” or broken psps. So, if the process doesn’t work and your PSP bricks, well guess what, just repeat the process and it’s fixed. Fool-proof.
