What the hell is devhook?
I was in the PSP homebrew scene for some time. Since, for example, July 2007. I bought my Sony PSP official firmware 3.40. I updated to 3.50, a GameStop Lumines followed about 30 miles away, and ran the exploit give me 1.50 and then install cusom 3.52m33 firmware. Upgrade to 3.53M33-4, and sat down on her like two weeks until, when you install CFW 3.90M33-2. Since I got there, I cut with updated and custom-5 PSP and others have created two batteries Pandora (which makes the process much faster ALL). Anyway all the time, I saw all the interesting, because these programs that people have created IRShell and always hear about devhook and how big it is, but you know … I do not know yet what it is! What to do? Do I need? Everything in my PSP seems to work well, leaving nothing to be desired (except perhaps PS2emu, but I will not be greedy: P), then what is, and why should I or should not install it?
Devhook can emulate firmware current v1.50 firmware PSP and the PSP itself. As already mentioned, which already has a custom firmware you have not need this custom firmware, but could be a good idea to look at your current firmware and the latest version of devhook and compare to see if any is better than another. Currently I have CFW 3.40 OE-A and I am very happy with it, do not even bother to upgrade!
