Is it possible to download emulators for my ipod touch that are not in the installer?

I like emulators that N64 and PSP, but the only Instead, I see a download for them is the emulator / ROM download sites theoldcomputer.com. I was wondering if there was a website / s that are specific emulators iPod touch / iPhone that I could download right onto my ipod.

You can get roms / emulators www.ultimateN64.tk is the place where I can get mine anyway.

Help, please recommend to me a good psp emulator and a site for downloading its roms! T_T I really want to play Bleach Heat the Soul series and FF Dissidia but I don’t have a psp, so I was wondering if there’s a nice and reliable psp emulator. Any links would be greatly appreciated. T_T I suck at finding programs on the net. Hehe. Thanks in advance people.t(^^,t)
