what is the region for the PSP-2006?
Because I bought a UMD movie for Region 2 and will not work on it.
PSP 2006 Region 3 is because it is a Hong Kong / Singapore Press. Here is a list of all models of PSP, and region codes: http://www.trejan.com/projects/psp/ I drop a little.
If a PSP is bought in the US, will it work in the Philippines?
Hi! I’m planning to buy a PSP in the US but I’m just worried about the compatibility of the unit, games, and movies.. I went to mall here in the Philippines and asked the difference of the US and Japan/Asia version. The sales lady said that if its US, it plays Region 1 movies, Japan Region 2, and Asia Region 3.. She didn’t really say anything about the compatibility of the games.. I’m really worried it won’t work here.. Will I be able to make it work? Help!!!
The Philippines and US are both NTSC, so the games released to both markets should be released as NTSC compatible. The source has a list for NTSC vs PAL regions.
