With the PSP version degraded, it is still possible to purchase or download content from the PSP store?

Hello, I just put my psp to be able to download torrent files from web game. So good it'all … But the thing is that before doing that I already bought a few games from the PSP Store website and I might get a little more … Unfortunately, to download a demo of a game on the website PSP, PSP download the software on my PC, I asked to update the PSP system. This is to download content. So the question is: With the PSP version degraded, can buy or download PSP Store content (themes, videos, demonstrations, and even purchase online games)? Not for the fact that lately everything that goes in the PSP must be updated to prevent people from downloading free stuff * cough cough * lol anyone know cough cough *
