How do I upload or download pictures on my PSP for wallpaper?

I also tried to synchronize create a file called files, but no luck anyway, I might have missed?

you should have the internet already on your psp, but if you don’t look on the web site for an update. to put songs or pictures on your psp, connect it to your computer with a USB cord and put the picture in the photo folder found in removable disk E:// drive.. to put songs, do the same, but put them in the music folder… sometimes songs are hard to get to work, they have to work with the psp.. movies are even harder. it is easiest to use sony.connect.com for movies.
