Want to buy a PSP in the US but I am totally confused over the region thing.?
I am thinking of buying a PSP from the US and bringing it back to UK/Europe and SG. Been looking up online and lotsa of sites mentioned that the PSP are not region locked so I can play any games on my PSP bought from US. But when I walk into the stores in the US. They mentioned that the PSP is region locked so I can only play with games bought in the US.
The other thing is the different voltage, US has a lower voltage than SG / UK. Does the PSP comes with a converter or I need a separate one.
Totally confused….
Games are region free. Mine is a UK model, but I use it in Eastern Europe (slightly different zoning). Movies aren’t region-free, but who cares. Just download a program from www.pspvideo9.com and convert almost any movie into PSP’s format for free. Voltage is 100~240V.
